Your Satisfaction Matters
If you're not completely happy with your order, you have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all tags and accessories.
How to Start a Return
To begin the return process, please contact us at info@londza.com. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Once your request is confirmed, we’ll email you detailed return instructions. Make sure your item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
Refund Timeline
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Some banks or card providers may require additional time to process the refund. If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, please reach out to us.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, let us know immediately. We’ll review the issue and provide a resolution as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
Need a different item? The fastest option is to return the original product and place a new order for the one you want.
Items Not Eligible for Refund
We cannot issue refunds for free or promotional items, used hygienic products (like underwear, swimwear, or personal care items with broken seals), or customized items—unless faulty. In some cases, store credit may be offered.
